Nephrotic Syndrome
I have water attention and edema in the lower limb, currently on steroids and CNI. Diuretics have no effect on my body. Already taking low sodium diet, but no help in reducing water retention. Need weight management suggestion..

What is your serum albumin levels ?
If it’s low diuretics will develop resistance
Can add zytanix to enhance diuretic effect
But if there is more edema and fluid retention in lungs and abdomen
Better to go for iv correction along with albumin till clinical results appear

In case of severe hypoalbumenia diuretics won't have effect ,u need to be on sequential blockage 3 different types of diuretics
Main thing would be low salt and water restriction
