Your xray shows that you have an infection in your lungs.
Blood in mucus can mean many causes. So get a Sputum examination done and consult a local doctor to exclude tuberculosis, lung cancer, bronchiectasis etc. as you do not have fever etc.
If you have a Cough along with sputum can be a possibility of infection
Do Sputum C&S ,AFB (TB ) to rule out
Do Chest CT
Another Chance of you’re new Smoker might be due to Initial irritation
