previous CBC, TSH, and chest X-ray are normal. 12days back my ECG was normal too... but I had no arm pain that time.... Today went to the hospital to do an ECG again for this arm pain and jaw side pain...
Can you please check if this new ECG is normal? I'm also having cold sneezing for few days.

The ECG appears to be normal. If the recurs do a troponin test and consult a physician in your area for a clinical examination. You can take tablet cetrizine once a day for 3 days to relieve the cold

I was unable to review the uploaded ECG clearly through the online platform, so please show it to a doctor in person for proper interpretation. Clinically, left arm and jaw pain in a 26-year-old with known anxiety, a normal ECG 12 days ago, normal CBC/TSH, and normal chest X-ray is most commonly related to muscle tension or anxiety â anxiety can cause very real physical symptoms including referred pain to the arm and jaw. That said, any new arm and jaw pain should always be evaluated in person to rule out a cardiac cause, especially since your ECG has changed in timing.
Next Steps
Please show today's ECG to a doctor in person for interpretation. If the pain becomes severe, spreads to the chest, or you feel breathless, go to an emergency department immediately. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.
To structurally analyze a clear, high-resolution upload of your latest hospital ECG strips, review your cardiac enzyme reports side-by-side, and provide a safe prescription to settle both your physical radiating pain and anxiety, please book a full consultation session via my Practo profile."
Based on your symptoms, you need to seek emergency medical attention immediately. Please go straight to the nearest emergency room or call emergency services . Do not drive yourself.
Even though you are dealing with anxiety and have a recent normal ECG, new or changing left arm pain combined with jaw pain are classic warning signs of a serious cardiac event (such as a heart attack)
Your ECG does not show any significant abnormalities. However, because of your chest pain and anxiety, I would advise further evaluation with troponin levels, an echocardiogram, and repeat ECGs if needed. Serious heart problems are uncommon at your age, but it is still important to consult a healthcare professional for appropriate assessment and management according to your symptoms.
Based on the uploaded ECG photo, I do not see any obvious major abnormality, and the machine interpretation mentions sinus rhythm. However, an ECG should be interpreted in the context of symptoms and the original tracing quality, so I cannot reliably confirm that it is completely normal from this image alone.
At 26 years of age, with a normal ECG 12 days ago, normal CBC, TSH, and chest X-ray, serious heart disease is less likely. Anxiety, muscle strain, temporomandibular (jaw joint) issues, dental problems, cervical muscle tension, or a recent viral illness can sometimes cause jaw and arm discomfort.
However, because left arm pain and jaw pain can occasionally be cardiac symptoms, it is appropriate that you sought medical evaluation and repeated the ECG.
Next Steps
Please review the ECG with the treating physician who examined you. If symptoms persist, worsen, or are associated with chest pain, shortness of breath, sweating, dizziness, or fainting, seek urgent medical attention. Your doctor may consider further evaluation if clinically indicated.
Health Tips
Anxiety can amplify awareness of normal body sensations and muscle tension, but new or persistent symptoms should not be attributed to anxiety until a healthcare professional has assessed them.
