This could be cervical radiculopathy — a nerve getting compressed in the neck due to the awkward sleeping position, which explains the neck pain, arm pain and finger numbness. However I want to flag that the combination of jaw pain, left arm pain, headache and excessive yawning along with a BP of 130/85 should not be ignored. These can sometimes also be atypical signs of cardiac involvement. Please get an ECG done at the earliest to rule that out. For the neck and muscle pain, you can apply a warm compress, do gentle neck stretches, and avoid sudden neck movements.

Your symptoms are most consistent with a neck muscle strain or a cervical nerve irritation caused by sleeping in an awkward position. This can cause neck pain, headache, pain radiating to the arm/fingers, and temporary numbness. For pain relief, you may take paracetamol if there are no contraindications. Do consult to discuss further treatment plan
Next Steps
Apply a warm compress, avoid sudden neck movements, maintain good posture, and use a suitable pillow.

No need to worry this is likely muscle strain in the neck from the awkward sleeping position👍🏻 The pain radiating to the arm, numbness, headache, and jaw pain are common with neck muscle spasm or cervical issue and usually settle with the right care. Book a quick consultation with me now I’ll guide you on exact relief measures and exercises for fast recovery. 😊
