I have persistent jaw pain sometimes at night for several hours. I had some cocktail today and it came back. It happens in my left jaw and happens in other areas of face as well. My ecg, echo and tmt were normal as I went to a cardiologist the first time I had it.

Dear Practo User.
Thanks for sending across your query.
Persistent left jaw pain, especially at night or after alcohol, may indicate TMJ dysfunction, neuralgia, or referred pain despite normal cardiac tests. It’s important to investigate further—schedule a clinical assessment to identify the cause and start treatment.
