Pain in hands & legs at night & morning
I delivered a baby 7 months ago . Since past 2-3 days I feel pain in lower legs& arms in night when I lie down to sleep & in the morning when I wake up. Also the hand gets numb once or twice , once I move it gets normal. Could you please diagnose & advise what could be the issue & if there is any deficiency as I was feeding my baby till 6 months & was taking Calcium & protein supplement while breastfeeding.

Hi, thank you for reaching out. Your symptoms may be related to postnatal nutritional deficiencies (like Vitamin D, B12 or calcium) or nerve compression due to posture or strain. To guide you better, I’ll need more details. Please share any current medications, recent blood test reports (if done) and whether you're experiencing fatigue, weakness or other symptom via video or telephonic consultation. Once I have this, I can suggest the next steps and possible supplements or investigations if needed.
Next Steps
Also try losing excess weight gradually if you're currently over weight.
