I am 49 years old. Everyone in my family had a viral fever, and I think I caught it from them. However, I feel feverish internally, but my body temperature does not seem high from the outside. The soles of my feet remain warm, and I have persistent body aches. I have been taking paracetamol twice a day for the last four days, but I am not getting any relief. It has been about 4–5 days now.

While you are right to be taking paracetamol. Maybe instead of 2times increase to 3 times or try medication like CALPOL 650 or Dolo 650.
