Diclofenac 1% gel application locally. Hot fomentation. Muscle relaxants need to be taken. Avoid heavy lifting, strain, and forward bending. Begin physiotherapy once acute pain reduces. Avoid activities that aggravate symptoms. Posture correction If pain increases, weakness develops, numbness spreads or there is no improvement in 5–7 days, seek in-person orthopedic evaluation. Imaging may be required if symptoms persist or worsen.
