Will I need anesthesia for the removal of a DJ stent? I don't like anesthesia; it makes me feel uneasy. Can a DJ stent be removed without anesthesia?

Will you please check and let me know this disease name and also if you have any cream/ointment treatment for reducing the swelling and freeing the outermost foreskin to cover glans again. I have a 10 mm stone in my right upper ureter. I want to undergo non-invasive surgery. Is there any surgery available on the Ayushman Card that can be performed without an incision and also remove the 4 mm stone in my left kidney? I don't want to undergo PCNL surgery, and RIRS surgery is not available on the Ayushman Card. Ursl surgery can only remove stones stuck in the lower ureter.

Hi Doctor, my foreskin retracted many years ago and stayed behind glans i thought this as natural growing process causing permanent exposure of glans since then as seen in attached photo. But today i retracted it more to find why its not covering glans in flaccid case also i found my outermost foreskin tip have some pinkness and looking like sticked to shaft of penis through a tissue as seen in attached image.
