Kidney Problems

I have a bump on my penis, it oozes red-white liquid. It has been a week since it is there, It pains when I touch it or when I cross my legs sometimes. What it is and how should I treat it. I am poor so please help in comments. I won't be able to afford consultations.

My mother is going for pee every few minutes. She is a diabetic patient. She is having burning sensation while peeing.

She's 21 female and often she ends up bed wetting at night whenever stress is more visible or weather is colder it happens. She avoids liquids at night even if thirsty . Also urinates 2 times before sleeping. Covers herself with blanket if the weather a little colder also. Trains bladder to hold urine during day. And has also taken homeopathic medicine but nothing has worked. She needs to cure it anyhow as she'll get married soon. Please help her

I suffer from frequent but drop form urination like incontinence and I feel continuous mild pain on the Right Hand Side(RHS) near kidney for last 1 year.And at night frequent urination but in lesser amount.And I have to put force to fully urinate or empty the whole. bladder.Kindly suggest me exercise,medications for this.(Probably prostatitis) And I have gallbladder sludge due to which I suffer from RHS chest sever pain for 4-8 hours continuously after every fews days of interval. So can it be cured through medicines or I would have to go under surgery to get the gallbladder removed altogether.

When I masturbate , I feel burning sensation but it doesn't happen during every masturbation. This burning sensation remains upto 1 to 2 hr then it disappears. It has been happening since 3 to 4 years , I thought that it will normalise, but it won't. Few days ago I feel this sensation before ejaculation, it persisted  upto 1 hr then disappeared. Hi, I have penile curvature and am not sure if it is too severe for sexual intercourse. I have no pain during erection but will it cause pain during sex? Also my left testicle is lower than my right testicle (about 1 inch difference). Is this okay? I noticed this change when I switched from briefs to boxers and played sports in high school.
