She has urinary tract infection. First get blood sugar test like FBS PPBS HbA1c to see sugar control. If not controlled see a physician/endocrinologist. Treat her UTI. Consult an urologist. He'll advice you for it and medicines for frequent urination. He'll also check whether this UTI is a one time episode or something concerning. You can consult me. Hope it helps
