Hello the report shared is of my mother who is 62 years old, has high Uric acid as per report. She complaints joint pains, anyways to reduce this?

Some infection maybe,   suffering from anal crypt abscess ,  treatment due. Evion LC since 20 days ( 0-0-1) Taking ciplox 500   ( 1-0-1)  for  cracked heel issue.   Please advice any urine test etc, medication etc. Thank you 🙏🏻🤝🏻

I've started kegel excercises 3 months, I used to lie on my left side and perform kegels, and I've been sleeping on my stomach when my penis gets erect and press it against mattress, am doing this since years, so I've started to see my penis is curving slightly to left, and split stream of urine too i didn't observe from how long this split urine stream been happening but when I apply pressure the split stream disappear. I have no pain while my penis is erect but am starting to feel muscle tension at base of my penis when erect. What could be the reason. If I should be worried?

I started having dysodium hydrogen citrate syrup two times a day from 12th march. Additionally after consulting i have been having flavospas tablets once a day since 14th march. I had uti last month and took antibiotics niftas 100 mg for 15 days After that my urine routine came normal with pus cell 0-1 ..But even 15 days after this I m suffering from mild urethral discomfort and lingering pain after passing Urine...this happens when urine output is less.. But when bladder is full and I go to toilet no pain or burning is there.What might be the cause..is there something to worry.. will this stinging sensation go on its own or some treatment is required .
