I feel an interruption during urination inside the urethra. Done Uroflow test showing weak flow. What could be the reason? And the doctor suggested the RUG test is it safe as I am very young I don't want future complications.

Hello Doctor, From the last one month, I have been experiencing the following symptoms: • Earlier, ejaculation was normal with good force and good volume. Now the semen volume has reduced and it comes out very slowly with very little force, despite strong pressure in the groin and pelvic region. • I now feel pain during erection and during ejaculation, which never happened before. • Every second or third morning, I notice a sticky/watery fluid coming out of the urethra when I wake up. Originally my penis got. erected and went for sexual intercourse.. During. the process I ejaculated semen 2 times and within.a few seconds my penis penetrated vagina. There were no thrusting movements further since I lost erection inside vagina. Is it called sexual intercourse?
