As per ultrasound 5 mm stone one both kidneys As I have mild pain on the back side of my stomach .also detect fatty lever in ultrasound

5 mm stone inside the kidney wont usually cause any pain unless it is obstructing one of the drainage pipes. Id convenient, we can connect online to discuss the reports.

Usually doesnt cause symptoms unless obstructing. Get a ncct kub if pain persistant

5 mm stone in any calyx or side of kidney wont cause any pain. Either if stone is at PUJ or ureter will cause pain.. so need to see the full USG report.. may need to go for further test. Consult for further management
