Father past medical history 1.Pace Maker 2023 2.Gallbladder operation done 2024 3.Mild stoke Nov 25 so vocal cord palsy Kindly guide me in which doctor I will discuss the same because since six month many doctor and test has done still he is facing same. I have diaganosed with pin point ulcers due to chronic stress and i take hp kid and after ppi tablets now i stopped it there is a mild pain only. And my question is can it be cure with diet management without taking medicines?

Doctor, my ultrasound shows a 10.7 mm gallbladder stone with cholecystitis and Grade I fatty liver. Can this be treated or dissolved without surgery? How to reduce the inflammation for now as i have a job medical test in 20 days?

My tsh came 0.54 and free t4 is 1.07 and I had lot problem in fat loss not lose even 1 kg in 20 days despite low calorie diet ans daily 1.5 hrs walk is my thyroid function normal or any evaluation needed

Namaste Doctor ji, Having grade 2 Piles (hemorrhoids). Veg food, veg diet,  adequate water, no smoke , no alcohol. Stay at home most times.  No constipation. No blood ,  only discomfort , trouble sensation. Anus anal area feels swollen, bulging or inner walls pressure or friçtion Feels  like two water ballons (buttocks) pressing pushing each other. Maybe swollen anus , swollen veins or anus wall inflammation. Please advice medicines, tablets , capsules and any Thank you 🙏🏻👍🏻🤝🏻

Vomit feel etc.took 500 gm paneer in 2 days bhel puri and Dhokla and than had acidity so.had icecream and fruit salad made with milk.powder and since no isabgul taken few days took habitation harde 3 tablet and Hawaiian harde tablet for gas issues around 10 to 12 now have stomach pain one vomit than Took domstal,vonamideand 02 tablet but yet pain their and feel like bit vomit what to do??? Since alone at home had outside food last 2days now issues their Please guide

My golbladder operation had 1 st march 2023..After that surgery my umbilical left side pain to back side  few times and constipation problem...is it normal? Left side heavy feel and my stomach when bloating left side nerval area feel heavy and pain to back it is few time...is it normal dr plz reply me...

It's weird but One of my relative picked her nose with very big nails and gave me food after that.this is 10 years ago.i get health anxiety that her nose cell implanted on my lips.i had mucus like thing sensation on my lips at that moment and my lips always remain dry after that .please clear is that possible?

I am a 19 year old female with a 4 year history of piles. I have pain, a small lump, burning after passing stool, and occasional slight bleeding (few drops of bright red blood). I also have chronic constipation. Without laxatives, I pass stool about twice a week with hard stool and moderate straining. With laxatives, it becomes soft and occurs every alternate day. However, recently laxatives are not working as effectively. I have tried Isabgol (initially helpful but later ineffective). A doctor previously prescribed Movicol, Looz (PEG), and Pruwel 2, which work only while I continue them, constipation returns if I stop. Currently, I am not taking any medication. My questions: 1. Do I need long-term medication or any further tests? 2. Is this still manageable with lifestyle/diet or do I need a procedure/surgery? 3. What is the safest long-term solution for constipation so that piles don’t keep recurring?

I have a problem with bowel movements. I pass stool, feel done, but within a short time (sometimes immediately) I get the urge again and pass some more stool. This happens 2–4 times, as if evacuation is incomplete in one go. No blood, no severe pain. Stool is not very hard. Is this IBS, mild constipation, or an evacuation issue? Should I use lactulose or psyllium — which is better in this case?
