Iam feeling pain while passing stools and after passing stools and burning sensation but I doesnot have constipation everymonth it is repeating since 3 months what may be the reason and precautions for it to cure without consulting ?

Dear Sir/ Madam I am suffering from mild pan colitis when colonoscOPY done on 5 months back doctor prescribed ibs esmoprozel and anixity tablet for 3 months but no improvement after 3 months of course doctor has suggested to do sigmoidoscopy. And report says mild to moderate rectosigmoiditis. Then doctor prescribed same tablet along with 5 asa 800 mg three times a daily and 9 mg steroids for one and second month onwards 3 mg two times In a day. Course has been completed but still mucus on stool (jelly type) early morning stomach gurgling and stool also not shaped. Doctor says it is healing , i am confusing Please advise for further treatment

Sir, Today I have got comprehensive health check up and all blood reports are normal . I am doing it every 3 years . I don’t have diabetes . Not taking any medicine. Have done , ECG, TMT, X-Ray , USG , Bone Density test . All are normal except one got FATTY LIVER -2 in my USG . I don’t drink alcohol & smoke except occasional basis ( 1-2 in a year ) . I am daily doing brisk walking 3-4 kms What to do for fatty liver .

For the past 7 days i have a very mild pain on the right side of my stomach... The pain come and goes in a short span of time. I can't pinpoint the exact location... Sometimes it on the right upper some te right lover some tym inbetween.. Ther is no other symptoms like vomiting fever blood on the stool.. The pain is very mild and it can't resolve or develop.what is the reason...please reply...

I have recurrent fissure problem for 5years , 2 mokth before i have diagonised with 1.5cm fistula teact ...20 days before i did surgery for both fissure and fistula ( fistulatomy ) , now i dont feel any pain , can i involved in my sexual activities - masturbate and intercourse ...my next appointment  with my surgeons is 20 days later . What is time period of complete healing of both ?

My USG REPORT Shows following Gall bladder is distended. Intraluminal sludge is noted. Symptoms: No pain in general but sometimes discomfort or mild pain. All other report Normal
