Stomach pain

Asked for Male, 32 Years

For the past 7 days i have a very mild pain on the right side of my stomach... The pain come and goes in a short span of time. I can't pinpoint the exact location... Sometimes it on the right upper some te right lover some tym inbetween.. Ther is no other symptoms like vomiting fever blood on the stool.. The pain is very mild and it can't resolve or develop.what is the reason...please reply...

Reason could be many with common causes being Gallstone disease, appendicitis, gut infection, peptic ulcer disease, musculoskeletal pain etc. For definitive diagnosis needs clinical examination and detailed history. Also need to do an Ultrasound abdomen
