My stomach get bloated everytime. Slight irregular pain on left side of abdominal. Irregular stool sometimes soft rough stool. I'm very fed up this problem.It feel very exhausted

At age 66, In endoscopy in August 25 mild pan gastritis detected with H. Pylori positive. Less hunger,weightloss and energy loss felt. No trouble in day time but at midnight hot fluid release in stomach felt disturbing sleep and once in a month due to fullness of stomach unable to sleep almost whole night. So mental brain fog and slight imbalance while walking. Now with lifestyle changes and with Ayurvedic medicines symptoms are 75 per cent managed. Is it necessary to confirm H. Pylori removal ? Any other treatment required.

I have recurrent anal fissure for 5 years and 2 month before i diagonised with fistula also...5 days before i did fistulomtomy for simple fistula ( 1.5cm tract )  and fissure surgery done  combined . What is healing time ? After bowel movement i feel pain and normal time it was managable pain ( no bleeding ) its normal ? . What i can do for post operation other than sitz bath for quick healing i apply sucro ano by surgeon advice ?

Does gallstones get removed via medicine if it does not create any pain and its is  size 4-6 mm in multiple .kindly suggest if there is any solution without cholecystectomy

I have taken antibiotics for urine infection 1 year ago , then I am going to bathroom 4-5 times a day, stool not forming properly, sometimes undigested food particles in stool, I have loss some weight when all this started and now I am not able to weight gain all reports are normal,my tongue had thick white coating on tongue i am suspecting it is "SIFO" anyone please help

I have been diagnosed with grade 2 non alcoholic fatty liver disease in 2023,have diabetes & high bp.Diabetes used to remain mostly under control but bp fluctuates.My LFT report came absolutely normal which was done 1 year 1 month ago.Consumed a bottle of beer daily for the last 12 months.Taking saroglitazar 4 mg daily.What damages does alcohol have likely  done to my liver?However,there are no symptoms till now.Could it cause inflammation or fibrosis?Can the damages caused to my liver due to daily beer intake for the last 12 months be fully reversed by abstaining completely from alcohol from now on?

Fibroscan reading cap 319 Lsm is 4kpa What is this and how to correct these values? What should be the diet?
