Hi all, I have blood in stool since last 6 months with blood i also have sometimes abdominal pain but this abdominal pain is not new since last 6 years I have this abdominal pain which increases when I am anxious. My physician performed digital rectal test where he inserted fingure and said it's hemorrhoid But given my result of report could you please advise whether this 114 can come from hemorrhoid also or its something dangerous like IBD or something else

Hi doctor. I have 15 days old baby and am in postpartum. During postpartum review, I had bp elevated as 150/91. My doctor prescribed nicardia tablet once daily till 10 days and to need to go after 10 days for review. During this time is it ok if I use Mylo lactomama powder (herbal supplement) for increase in breast milk production? Also could you please suggest if I can take lactcare tablets also?? Thank you

I have been experiencing a recurring anal fissure problem for more than 6 months. I consulted two local general surgeons, and both diagnosed it as a small anal fissure. They prescribed Analbliss ointment and Lactofibre powder. Despite consciously maintaining a high-fiber diet and drinking around 3–4 liters of water daily, I continue to have episodes of hard stools. After taking Lactofibre regularly for the past two months, the condition improved significantly, but I still occasionally experience hard bowel movements. When this happens, I develop pain for a few days, which then settles, only to recur again later. Since this pattern continues despite adequate water intake, dietary fiber, and fiber supplementation, I would like to know what further evaluation or treatment options would be recommended.

Im facing sudden loss of appetite since 3 days and then i also had vomiting with lose motions 3 days ago but the stools werent watery just sticky a bit and normal.After some antibiotics and antacids i was doing well but then again after few days it recurred with nausea at times and my upper abdomen aches mildly often.Please help me cure it.

My husband has grade 1 fatty liver ...I give all the blood test and Fibroscan reports ...pls any one can help me by telling how it is treatable

My husband is 32 years old, height is 5'11 Weight 115kg. He had a burning sensation in stomach last night and loose motion once. Now burning sensation is gone but he is having stomach pain and had loose motion 3 more times. No fever yet. Took eldoper medicine once. Does he need an antibiotic or can he take eldoper 3 times a day

I'm having loose motions from a week and last couple of times I found traces of blood in my stool. Because the blood is bright red, I'm thinking it is from the lower GI tract.

I Hand a small Pea sized Lump outside Of my Anus. that Gets triggered By Spicy Food causing Burning Sensation and pain For 2 days. I usually Lift Heavy Weights And Before I got this I'm  on a protien diet and generally Consume Very Less Fiber and water and that Causing Constipation and straining . I'm using proctosedyl bd rectal cream And pilex tablets Form past 2 Days all symptoms got disappeared But the size is not shrinking. I am suffering from feeling of gas and bloating for the last 1.5 years, i also get stomach cramps, I feel bloated and full, my belly feels tight. My appetite has fallen. Also sometimes because of gas I find difficulty in deep breathing which causes anxiety.

Hello doctor , I got disturbed bowel movement from past 8-9 months I get little loose stool all the time...but when I take antibiotics for some other problems ( like in fever ) I have observed I get very good and healthy bowel movement and when I stop taking antibiotics then I get again loose stool
