Loss of appetite,nausea and stomach pain

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Im facing sudden loss of appetite since 3 days and then i also had vomiting with lose motions 3 days ago but the stools werent watery just sticky a bit and normal.After some antibiotics and antacids i was doing well but then again after few days it recurred with nausea at times and my upper abdomen aches mildly often.Please help me cure it.

Hi Get an Ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis, blood tests- CBC and CRP. Looks like gastritis, you may need UGI endoscopy also.
