Esophagus : LES 38cms, Hill grade III, Lax LES. Stomach : Superficial pan-gastritis with pyloric erosions. Duodenum – D1 : Normal visible mucosa. D2 : Normal visible mucosa. RUT : Taken - Report awaited. IMPRESSION :  Lax LES.  Gastritis.
