Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My thought hurts when I drink cold stuff or eat sweets like laddu, jam or grapes. I have been avoiding these things but due to hot weather, I need to drink cold water or juice. Similarly, due to sweet cravings, I eat sweets sometimes. What can I do? I just finished a course of Azithral 5 tablets. Still throat is hurting as if some sharp object is there. Kindly advise.

Sir, I have been experiencing voice hoarseness in my throat for the past one month. I have already consulted a physician and an ENT surgeon. I also underwent a laryngoscopy. The ENT doctor diagnosed swelling on the voice box (laryngitis). I have been taking the prescribed medicines for the last 15 days. There has been some improvement, but the problem is still about 50% present. I take steam 2–3 times a day. After taking steam, my voice improves temporarily. I also have a cough. At night, I experience dry cough, and during the day, the cough is mostly with mucus. I feel phlegm in my throat. After speaking for some time, my throat feels tired, and my voice becomes heavy or starts cracking. Sometimes, my voice becomes thin or produces a whistling sound. This problem started suddenly on 27th February along with cold, fever, and sore throat. After a few days, the other symptoms improved, but the voice problem still persists, as I described. Please suggest some treatment.

Iam on cough treatment . I was prescribed dunnose nasal drops and foracart400 synchrobreath along with Monteck LC tablets.from 1stapril 26. On Friday while blowing my nose bymistake I blowed little hard. I felt something in m year like some air being blown inside my ear. After that my hearing is reduced . Hi doctor, I have right side throat pin pricking pain whenever I eat, burp, drinking tea coffee, hiccups. Sometimes the pain radiates to my ear also. I suggested 3 different ent doctors. They were telling no problem. But the pain doesn't go away. 1. Is there any serious issue? 2. What is the next step of testing(scan/endoscopy)? Please advice.
