Throat pain for 2 years
Hi doctor, I have right side throat pin pricking pain whenever I eat, burp, drinking tea coffee, hiccups. Sometimes the pain radiates to my ear also. I suggested 3 different ent doctors. They were telling no problem. But the pain doesn't go away. 1. Is there any serious issue? 2. What is the next step of testing(scan/endoscopy)? Please advice.

It could be because of laryngopharyngeal reflux. There is nothing to worry about.
