Morning Sneezing
Every Morning when I wake up I start sneezing 4-5 sneezes back to back and end up with nasal congestion. Is this normal? What can I do to cure this?

it is mostly symtoms for vasomotor rhinitis and treatment for it decongestant nasal spray fluticon ft and Nasal irrigation. You should avoid common triggers like Strong odors/perfumes. Tobacco smoke. Air pollution. Spicy foods. Alcohol. Sudden temperature or humidity changes.
