You may take
Fluticasone nasal spray 2puffs to both nostrils twice a day for 15 days followed by once a day in the morning upto 1month.
Tab. Montelukast with bilastine 20mg can be taken once at night for one month

Do you sneeze through out the day or just upon waking up if, only after u get up you get excessive sneezing it is vasomotor rhinitis for that u have to take steam inhalation followed by a steroidal spray like fluticon FT
