Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Type 1 or severe sulcus vocalis? Does voice therapy alone enough .currently in voice therapy process

Dear Dr I have very small whitish lesson in my lateral tounge area very scared about this whitish area normal surface or leokoplakia?

I have severe left sided ear pain. But checked with 2 ents ...they say tm is normal and no problem..one ent told me eustachian tube catarrah as per prescription...but this is the second time I am getting such kind of pain.. But this pain is along the upper teeth and over middle cheek

My wife has suddenly started experiencing pain whenever she eats anything. There is swelling near both the right and left sides (around the cheek/jaw area), and it starts hurting.

I am having single white spot size of small pea with mucous formation in mouth. No pain cough was there but now no cough. I have noticed this since 3 weeks. No smoking or tobacco consumption.

I am having mouth ulcer, pain in throat while eating and  swallowing,  sticky feeling in mouth, entire toung and upper jaw is sticky

Hello Docter M suffering osmf last 12 year I was notice one red tiny blood dot in blood vessel last 5 year ago still in same area but size is increased around 1 mm what is the diagnosis.

Since yesterday, it started with constant sneezing As I woke up today.. right nose was blocked and pain in right side of the thorat and sensation in nose. Anything that I can do or any over the counter medicine that I can take???please help...

In dec 2024 i got seriously ill, my uvula was elongated (treated with medicine), then after this i got throat infection every month with fever and mouth ulcer, i went to doctor they said it was pharyngitis and gave medicine but the illness kept coming back until august, then in september 2025 i was having serious stomach problems and got diagnosed with ibs. and the throat problem stopped after that. then in jan 2026 it came back again associated with fever, then it happened again in feb and march. so i went to guwahati in march and went to arhi hospital and apollo hospital. i chatted for long with the doctor at arhi explaining my problems, he said my problem wasn't a big one and i did not need a tonsillectomy and advised me to use betadine gargle everyday for 3 months then i went to apollo and the doctor said it was tonsilllopharyngistis and adv tonsillectomy and did aso test (result 49). but my problem is still there with burning mouth syndrome at times.[i followed arhi doctor advice]

Namaste Doctor Sir 🙏🏻, Having NOSE burning irritation since 2 days. No past history of any nasal infection except rare dry nose in summer.  No cold ,  no cold related nasal issue now. Sometimes feel air has bad smell though there is no bad smell in the room , left nose senses bad smell in room. Mostly work from home bangalore. Least exposure to dust ,  pollen ,   maybe  hot climate issue. Please advice medication , treatment Thank you 🙏🏻
