Hello Docter M suffering osmf last 12 year I was notice one red tiny blood dot in blood vessel last 5 year ago still in same area but size is increased around 1 mm what is the diagnosis.

This could be one of the stages of osmf where visible vesicles can be there along with osmf....continue with osmf treatment ...apply steroid ointment there also
