Sinus headaque
For past 2/3 months i am having on & off sinus headaque. Sometimes one sided headaque, pain near eyebrows, eyes, forehead, facial pressure. When I take steam sometimes thick and little mucus comes out of the nose (Very little)
What should I do? Pls suggest
Any remedy or medicines to cure it permanently.

From ur symptoms its point towards sinusitis
Get an endoscopy done and ct pns
U also told about mucus coming out of nose
So start taking mucolytic and continue steam inhalation and nasal douching

Try using steroid nasal sprays and see if its improving the symptoms. Use a mucolytic agent as well
Consult for proper medications and dose
If not improving with medical management, can get a CT PNS scan done to know about the status of your sinuses
