Hi, I have noticed swelling inside on of the nostrils in my daughter. No cold, running nose. No discharge. Please suggest.

This is a normal structure called inferior turbinate which is hypertrophied in your daughter’s nose which might be due to pollution as well or allergy …. You can use steroid nasal spray if it is causing troubles like nasal blockage, discharge , sneezing or other allergic symptoms …. Otherwise if no symptoms, nothing to worry !
