Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello Doctor, I am a 28-year-old male. For the past 1 year, I have had white patches/white lines inside my mouth along with occasional burning sensation and irritation. I have consulted multiple dentists and oral specialists, but no definite diagnosis has been made so far. Some doctors suspected Oral Lichen Planus, while others were not sure. I quit smoking more than 1 year ago, but the condition has still not completely resolved. The symptoms sometimes improve and then recur. I would like a thorough evaluation, an accurate diagnosis, and the most appropriate treatment for my condition.

Micro needling procedure and its side effects in detail on my face. Duration of procedure and it is how much painful please explain.

See the attached image. I checked with a local dermatologist in person. He didn't think it to be melanoma. Its like this for almost 6 yrs. 5 years back in 2021, a biopsy was done which didn't show any abnormalities. Please give any suggestion.
