Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am 9 weeks pregnant, noticed some rashes on my arm and back of shoulder that look like insect bites and are itchy. It has got one red bite mark in-between the red rash. Attached image here that's on my arm.

I have a painful red swelling in the gluteal region for the past 2–3 days. It started as a mild rash and has increased to about 3–4 cm in diameter. It feels firm and slightly warm, and is very painful while sitting or using the toilet. There is no visible head/opening or discharge, and externally it looks like a mild rash despite significant pain. I have had similar episodes before, but those developed a head and drained. On one occasion, I took antibiotics and it resolved. Could this be a Boil (Furuncle) or an early Abscess? What treatment should I start now? Do I need antibiotics or just warm compress? When should I seek in-person evaluation? I am currently living away from my family, and consulting a doctor on my own is new to me.

I having acne only on my forehead for last 2 month one gone another come it's red first then look like product build then whitish then gone and another come only on forehead are I use salicylic cleanser also using benzoyl peroxide pea size amount it was clear after that then I stop then happen again also it's paining ance sometimes in humid temperature I have my t zone are very oily so only use mosturiser called excela also acne oc sebum that's it I don't know where I am going wrong to treat my acne I am not pooping any acne but coming and going like for last 2 months
