Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Age - 23 year/ female, having excessive facial hair ( chin , upper lip, sideburns, upper neck) , before laser hair removal sessions these are fine but after the session become dark coarse and thick. Hormone levels, LH - normal , FSH - normal , thyroid hormone - normal, sugar - normal and some other lab reports are attached here. Please suggest what type of treatment I can take.

Hello Doctor, I currently cannot visit a doctor in person, so I’m seeking advice online. For the past 3 days, I’ve had redness on the head (glans) of my penis. Around 2 days ago, I started noticing a white residue/discharge under the foreskin with a foul smell. About 3 months ago, I developed friction burns on the glans and had been applying Vaseline regularly while it healed. I stopped using Vaseline a few days before the redness appeared. I’ve been cleaning the area with lukewarm water only, keeping it dry, avoiding soap, Dettol, and sexual activity. Could you please let me know: -Does this sound more like fungal (Candida) balanitis, bacterial balanitis, or something else? -Would clotrimazole 1% cream be appropriate, or would you recommend a different treatment? -Are there any warning signs that would mean I need urgent in-person care? I have grade 2 fatty liver ,over weight 37 year male. Suffering from tremendous itching and burning sensation around abdomen ( navel , sides of abdomen and pink , rashes non greasy  rash consisting of numerous small, raised, flesh-colored to slightly red bumps (papules) clustered together on an area of skin. Only abdomen and thighs.. itching around whole day not particular at night .. and finger gaps are clear.. suffering from 3.5 months .. attached pics.

I have penile ulcer after having sex with my wife who also suffered from vaginal yeast infection. She has recovered now. My penile infection is almost healed but started having foreskin Lesion since 8-10 days. Initially there was one which burns while touching or cleaning with water. Now other small lesion appears but do not burn. I am still under medication for penile ulcer.

I have 1 plantar wart since 3-4 month on my foot any medication recommendation to remove it and everyone says it is caused from hpv virus so is that means i have HPV ? Am i in danger?

1)Hi. Myself , Ritesh Kumar from Jharkhand , have Blackhead acane Problem ( mostly on Both Cheeks and lower back part of neck) since last 6 months.On pressing these acane, whitish material come out and black spot left after healing. No any pain in these acane .These acane reduce in numbers or sometimes disappear much on using medicine but as soon as I ski using creams/ medicines - appear again  in more numbers. 2) Visited many dermatologist but not getting relief till now. 3) Currently medicine going on - (1)Lufisoft cream  (2)Dappy-C gel. (3)Clim-N gel. 4) My question - is this blackhead acane lifelong ( permanent problem) , no cure ???- please reply 5) I request, please help me if possible. My confidence, lifestyle everything get disturbed. Completely frustrated and hopeless. I am in depression phase and medicine going on for this too because of this chronic skin problem. Please, please response
