All over my lower body. It itches heavily. I applied vaseline body lotion but nothing worked. I cannot sleep properly. Also the patches are dark and thicken . I wanted to know whether it is psoriasis or ezcema. And how do control or remote this

Thyroid - T3 and T4 are normal, TSG is higher at 6.74. Hemoglobin - 10.3 My father had Allegra 180 and Caladryl lotion, but it did not help him. Locally, a dermatologist suggested Bilastine 20 mg, coconut oil, and Atarax lotion. My father used these for two days, but there was no relief.
