My face is darker while chest is lighter,so can it be same again and I'm thin currently if I gain weight will it also effect my tone like will it become some lighter a little only

I am suffering from urticarial dermatitis since april this year. i have consulted with multiple dermatologist. All have prescribed prednisolone 10 mg  (steroid) for 4 tabs a day for 10 days then 3 tabs for 2 weeks then 2 tabs for 2 weeks like this way. But doctor suggested that to recover from urticaria I have to take steroids for long term. But I am very much concerned about long term steroid consumption. Because they have very bad side effects. So can you please suggest what should I do now? Can It be recovered without steroid medicines?

As summers are getting hotter, due to sweat itching and irritation started 3-5 days back. But, now the itching has increased and some reddish rash has appeared. Used normal powder but it's not working.
