My VDRL test at 6 months is non reactive Then i went for std panel at 9 months in which RPR serum is non reactive But RPR in dilution is 1 in 1 is reported in same report TPHA is also negative in same report And all other std like herpes hiv chlamydia is negative RPR in dilution is 1in1 confused me , please help me

My sister is facing swelling on her lips and redness on the upper line of her lips, plus burning sensations and itching also. It has also been occurred in the past but with medication it was healed but not gone completely. Could you recommend me something to apply on her lips.
