Itching & burning on hands & genital are
My husband is 35 years old. He has been having itching on both hands and on the penis/genital area for some time. Sometimes he also feels a burning sensation in these areas. The itching comes and goes and is more uncomfortable at certain times. There may be redness and irritation after scratching. Please advise what this could be and what treatment
