There are mainly 3 types of atrophic acne scars -> Ice pick, rolling and box car.
It depends on your scar type whether microneedling will help you or not.
You have to take multiple sittings for it and often it is combined with PRP therapy and lasers for maximum benefits.
It is a painful procedure that's why done with topical anaesthesia.
