Hello Doctor,
I am a 28-year-old male. For the past 1 year, I have had white patches/white lines inside my mouth along with occasional burning sensation and irritation. I have consulted multiple dentists and oral specialists, but no definite diagnosis has been made so far. Some doctors suspected Oral Lichen Planus, while others were not sure.
I quit smoking more than 1 year ago, but the condition has still not completely resolved. The symptoms sometimes improve and then recur. I would like a thorough evaluation, an accurate diagnosis, and the most appropriate treatment for my condition.

Yes..with these pics it seems to be oral lichen planus
Its a chronic condition which has relapsing remitting course. It can be asymptomatic or at times associated with burning sensation or pain depending upon the type of lichen planus
Usually there are trigger factors which should be eliminated for treatment to be effective
Next Steps
Donot worry....take a dermatology consult, get a definitive diagnosis and ask away your queries.
