Got it â thanks for explaining clearly. Youâre **20**, this is a **classic Pitta-Agni disturbance**, and the good news is: **this is very reversible** ð¿
Iâll keep everything **NON-SWEET** as you requested.
---
## Whatâs actually happening (simple words)
Irregular meals â **Pitta â + Agni unstable**
So digestion burns **too fast but incompletely**.
Thatâs why you get:
* Excess hunger ð¥
* Bloating + unformed stool (once/day)
* Acidity
* Acne + red itchy rash on cheeks
In Ayurveda this is **Pitta-pradhan Grahani / Amlapitta tendency**.
Lifestyle correction is step 1 (youâve done it ð), but **Agni needs calming + stabilizing medicine now**.
---
## Best Ayurvedic Medicines (NON-SWEET, SAFE)
### 1ï¸â£ *****Churna** (key medicine)
* **½ tsp twice daily**
* **Before lunch & dinner**
* With **lukewarm water**
ð Controls acidity, excess hunger, loose stool & Pitta.
---
### 2ï¸â£ *****Ras (plain, not gold)**
* **1 tablet twice daily**
* **After meals**
ð Excellent for burning, gastritis, acne linked to digestion.
---
### 3ï¸â£ *****(Giloy) Ghan Vati**
* **1 tablet twice daily**
* After meals
ð Reduces Pitta toxins, helps skin rash & immunity.
---
### 4ï¸â£ *****Churna** (only at night)
* **½ tsp at bedtime**
* With warm water
ð Normalizes bowel consistency (not loose, not hard).
---
## Duration
â³ **6â8 weeks continuously**
Most patients feel **50â60% relief within 2â3 weeks**.
---
## VERY IMPORTANT Diet Rules (this decides success)
### â Avoid strictly
* Tea / coffee
* Bakery, biscuits
* Spicy, fried food
* Sour food at night
* Tomato, vinegar, pickles
* Outside food for now
### â Prefer
* Plain rice or roti
* Moong dal
* Lauki, pumpkin, ridge gourd
* Buttermilk at lunch only (thin, no salt, no sour)
---
## Simple home support (non-sweet)
Morning empty stomach:
* 1 glass **lukewarm water**
* Add **pinch of coriander powder**
---
## What NOT to do
â No fasting
â No skipping meals
â No late night eating
Eat every **3.5â4 hours** at fixed times.
---
## When to worry / tell me again
If you have:
* Night-time acidity
* Weight loss
* Blood or mucus in stool
Otherwise this is **functional, not serious** and **fully manageable**.
---
If you want, tell me:
* Are you under stress / exams?
* Any hair fall or mouth ulcers?
* Are you vegetarian or non-veg?
I can fine-tune this further for **faster skin + gut relief** ð¿
Advice- self medication is hazardous, always consult ayurvedic doctor before taking ayurvedic medicine.
