Got it — thanks for explaining clearly. You’re **20**, this is a **classic Pitta-Agni disturbance**, and the good news is: **this is very reversible** 🌿 I’ll keep everything **NON-SWEET** as you requested. --- ## What’s actually happening (simple words) Irregular meals → **Pitta ↑ + Agni unstable** So digestion burns **too fast but incompletely**. That’s why you get: * Excess hunger 🔥 * Bloating + unformed stool (once/day) * Acidity * Acne + red itchy rash on cheeks In Ayurveda this is **Pitta-pradhan Grahani / Amlapitta tendency**. Lifestyle correction is step 1 (you’ve done it 👍), but **Agni needs calming + stabilizing medicine now**. --- ## Best Ayurvedic Medicines (NON-SWEET, SAFE) ### 1️⃣ *****Churna** (key medicine) * **½ tsp twice daily** * **Before lunch & dinner** * With **lukewarm water** 👉 Controls acidity, excess hunger, loose stool & Pitta. --- ### 2️⃣ *****Ras (plain, not gold)** * **1 tablet twice daily** * **After meals** 👉 Excellent for burning, gastritis, acne linked to digestion. --- ### 3️⃣ *****(Giloy) Ghan Vati** * **1 tablet twice daily** * After meals 👉 Reduces Pitta toxins, helps skin rash & immunity. --- ### 4️⃣ *****Churna** (only at night) * **½ tsp at bedtime** * With warm water 👉 Normalizes bowel consistency (not loose, not hard). --- ## Duration ⏳ **6–8 weeks continuously** Most patients feel **50–60% relief within 2–3 weeks**. --- ## VERY IMPORTANT Diet Rules (this decides success) ### ❌ Avoid strictly * Tea / coffee * Bakery, biscuits * Spicy, fried food * Sour food at night * Tomato, vinegar, pickles * Outside food for now ### ✅ Prefer * Plain rice or roti * Moong dal * Lauki, pumpkin, ridge gourd * Buttermilk at lunch only (thin, no salt, no sour) --- ## Simple home support (non-sweet) Morning empty stomach: * 1 glass **lukewarm water** * Add **pinch of coriander powder** --- ## What NOT to do ❌ No fasting ❌ No skipping meals ❌ No late night eating Eat every **3.5–4 hours** at fixed times. --- ## When to worry / tell me again If you have: * Night-time acidity * Weight loss * Blood or mucus in stool Otherwise this is **functional, not serious** and **fully manageable**. --- If you want, tell me: * Are you under stress / exams? * Any hair fall or mouth ulcers? * Are you vegetarian or non-veg? I can fine-tune this further for **faster skin + gut relief** 🌿 Advice- self medication is hazardous, always consult ayurvedic doctor before taking ayurvedic medicine. Namastey Your condition is bit concerning, for your case only diet n lifestyle correction will not give full results, unless until your body has gone under detox, that is Panchkarma. Diet and lifestyle corrections, only results when the level of toxins in the body is very minimal; for cases like yours in which aggravation is too much, we have to perform panchkarma shodhan procedure to take out toxins out of the body, post that the body will be able to maintain its balance.
Next Steps
Medicines only also will not help in your case, only mild symptomatic relief can be obtained. Consult us personally for further treatment and care.
Health Tips
For immediate relief you can have Amla pitta mishran or himcocid 2 tsf before meals thrice a day. Thank you
