I have ibs issues since last year too much bloating breathlessness anxiety nervousness as I eat food urge to go to toilet sometimes my stools are normal sometimes mushy floating not firmed stools.. I have taken allopathy as well as ayurvedic is it a long term disorder ? When will it b normal ? Hi, I am 32 years old and 62kgs with 5.6 height. But I look so old than my age. I have 2 kids, I had an IT job, not now. I was really too stressed in my life. Now I am a bit ok.
