Namastey Your report shows multiple findings, but none of them directly indicate cancer. A grade 1 fatty liver is an early and reversible stage of fat accumulation in the liver, commonly linked to diet, sedentary lifestyle, or metabolic imbalance. The more important concern in your report is the presence of bilateral moderate hydronephrosis and hydroureter, which means there is swelling in both kidneys and ureters due to obstruction or backflow of urine. This is often associated with an overdistended bladder, suggesting that urine is not being emptied properly. In addition, chronic cystitis indicates long-standing inflammation of the urinary bladder. Together, these findings point more toward a urinary flow obstruction or bladder dysfunction issue, rather than any malignant (cancerous) condition. However, the kidney swelling should not be ignored, as prolonged pressure can affect kidney function over time.
Next Steps
You should take this report seriously, especially the urinary tract findings. The priority is to understand why urine is getting retained and causing back pressure on the kidneys. Common causes may include bladder outlet obstruction, functional bladder issues, or long-standing inflammation. Monitor symptoms such as difficulty in passing urine, weak stream, incomplete emptying, lower abdominal fullness, burning urination, or recurrent infections. It is important to seek timely clinical evaluation and structured management to prevent progression. Health Tips
Focus on maintaining proper urinary habits—do not hold urine for long durations and ensure complete bladder emptying. Keep yourself well hydrated but avoid excessive fluid intake at once; instead, take fluids evenly throughout the day. Reduce intake of heavy, oily, and processed foods to help reverse fatty liver changes. Avoid alcohol if applicable. Maintain a healthy weight and include light physical activity such as walking. From a bladder health perspective, avoiding irritants like very spicy foods, caffeine excess, and smoking (if applicable) can help reduce inflammation. Early lifestyle correction plays a key role in preventing worsening of both liver and urinary conditions. Thank you

Not a cancer . But hydronephrosis is the enlargement of kidney due to back pressure of urine from bladder . This can lead to kidney dysfunction. You should do necessary blood tests . Do RFT as soon as possible to analyse the kidney function. If you have any swelling over face ?
