An ayurvedic Treatment given for Transsphincteric fistula of 4cm length and 5.8mm in width. Treatment is being done at very fast rate that is- preliminary softening on day1 and day2, thread inserted on day 3 and tightened on day 5 again finally tightened on day 7. Final Treatment on day 12. Is this OK to be this fast or normal slow proceedure is good.

Pantoprazole sodium and levosulpride 40 mg daily before food 2. Tofacitinib citrate 5 mg alternate days 3. Iguratimod 25mg alternate days 4. Nurokind plus rf daily after food morning 5. Gabapentin 100mg at night 6. Etizyn pr tablet daily at night Now I'm scared to take pantoprazole sodium and levosulpride as I read it can cause neuropathy because it inhibit b12 absorption is it safe Also can I take ayurvedic medicine dashamoola kashayam and yograj guggul tablet and ashwagandha 1 teaspoon powder keeping a gap of 2 hours between the allopathic medicine. Does these interact . Will ayurvedic medicine inhibit the absorption of nurokind plus rf or stops the liver enzymes to break down the allopathic medicine for body to absorb them
