Hello, Attached a CT scan report. Right kidney ~ 10.2 x 4.6 cm appears normal. Few (atleast 3) tiny concretions noted at all calyces of right kidney of average size ~1.5-2 mm. No evidence of hydronephrosis seen. Right ureter appears normal, no dilatation/calculus seen. No abnormal perinephric fat stranding / collections noted. Left kidney ~ 10.3 x 4 cm appears normal. A calculus of size 10.5 x 10.3 mm with a mean attenuation of ~1313 HU noted in mid pole calyx of left kidney. A tiny concretion of size ~2 mm noted in the upper polar calyx. No evidence of hydronephrosis seen. Could you please suggest weather surgery is the option or some medicine will treat and remove stone?

Hello sir/ Madam I have liver problem and probably it is fibrosis as i tested the fibrosis scan and kpa value was 6.4Kpa 1.1/2 years ago. I have done ultrasound of Abdomen & pelvis. It highlighted "the liver is normal in size and parenchyma shows fatty infiltration." Also it highlighted "excessive bowel gases shadows seen in ultrasound". Other organs are normal in Size. Please suggest medication & precaution

I attach usg report..age 35 years.. . I have lump infront of left year from 2 years.. I m taking homeopathy medicine from 7 month but no relief... There is no pain while chewing or opening mouth... Sometimes deep ear pain and lump surrounding area pain.. But lump is not painful..
