He is feeling too cold and his mouth feels bitterness and he feels too laziness and sleepiness .he feels fever from inside but body temperature is normal on measuring it from thermometer . WBC count 11304 As we were planning for the surgery so is it ok to go for surgery

Hii my husband has gone through anal alceration surgery a week before due to accident that happened last Wednesday. But after going to toilet he suffered frm severe constipation & i feel his sutures were ruptured before it healed iam attaching few pics plz go through dat & suggest me wat can be done next thank u.. eagerly waiting fr ur reply.. it has to be sutured again or should it be left alone..? Its only a week since surgery happened

My husband met wit an accident few days back his legs got stretched wit impact of car hitting our bike.. & severe bleeding from anal region. So doctors recommend mri pelvis iam attaching the report as well.. So plz go through mri & tell me wat is the actual problem is becoz doctors are recommending emergency anal alceration surgery. & he is suffering frm hemorrhoids as well past 3 years..Is operation necessary or can it be treated with medicines. I fell down in the bathroom yesterday and the skin underneath the big toe opened up. I cut the skin and the wound is slightly deep and I can see redness. I went  to the nearest hospital and the doctor described one tt injection, pain killer and one antibiotic for five days. No ointment was prescribed. I am using nesporine ointment. Should I use any other ointment and should stitches be required ?

Please tell me it is proctotis only ? Why has gastro surgeon taken the biopsy from rectum? And is this the reason that I noticed bleeding after passing motion done right after colonoscopy?

When I touch it, it feels like a soft-boiled bubble. I first noticed it six months ago, but there was no pain. A week ago, passing stool was a little difficult, and since then, there has been a burning sensation and the burning sensation reduced now. My father has undergone a mandibulectomy surgery where the fibula bone was used as a donor. The skin graft at the donor site is now (after 5 weeks) is said to be at partial loss, am worried how the area will heal now. Kindly provide opinion on the healing process now and whether any extra treatment is needed.

I have  peri anal abscess since January 2026 Later on Feb detected Fistula track through MRI of 1.5 cm at 1 o clock position Now sometimes during long sit or physical activity I get very very mild discomfort at the inguinal area... I have a painful infected ingrown toenail on my right big toe. It started as a fungal infection but has progressed to pus and bleeding with severe pain. I am diabetic (HbA1c 7.1) and not currently on medication, so this needs urgent medical care. I am scared about whether it will heal properly and also worried about the pain during and after surgery. I would like to know if the whole nail needs to be removed or only the affected side.Whom should meet general surgen or dermatologist
