I am a 24-year-old female, 5'0" tall, and currently weigh around 57–58 kg. I feel that my nose looks a bit broad and prominent on my face, especially from the front. If I lose around 8–9 kg and reduce overall facial fat, will my nose appear slimmer? I understand that weight loss cannot change the bone or cartilage, but can it improve the overall appearance of my nose by making my face leaner? Also, apart from fillers and rhinoplasty, are there any proven ways to reduce the appearance of a broad nose naturally? I have watched many videos about alarplasty and rhinoplasty, but I am worried about the results. My biggest fear is undergoing surgery and then not liking my new nose or feeling that it doesn't suit my face. Based on my height, weight, and concern about a broad nose, would you recommend trying weight loss first before considering any cosmetic procedure?

Dear Doctor ji 🙏🏻 Abdominal fatty lump or lipoma on right side lower abdoman since few years. But now the fatty lump pushing outward as if it wants to come out causing pain strain stress stiffness tightness from right upper to lower abdoman.  Causing some pain , discomfort ,  Please advice treatment. Hi doctor, I have a pea-sized pimple under the skin on my bump cheek near the anus for the last 2 weeks. It is soft and movable, but sometimes it feels bulgy when I press from the side. No pain on passing stool and no bleeding. Feels a little bit swollen sometimes near the anus. Please suggest.
