Abdominal lump or Lipoma or fatty lump
Dear Doctor ji 🙏🏻
Abdominal fatty lump or lipoma on right side lower abdoman since few years.
But now the fatty lump pushing outward as if it wants to come out causing pain strain stress stiffness tightness from right upper to lower abdoman.
Causing some pain , discomfort ,
Please advice treatment.

Get it thoroughly investigated by ultrasound scan to know the size and extent of the swelling and mainly to confirm that it's a lipoma.
There is a possibility it can also be a ventral hernia which may require hernia repair with mesh.
Surgery for lipoma depends on the size of the swelling and it can vary from local anaesthesia to general anesthesia. It can also vary from day care procedure if it's small superficial swelling to requiring admission in larger and deeply situated swellings.

Lipoma in anterior abdominal wall is quiet common..do an ultrasound abdomen & if it is suggestive of lipoma, consult general surgeon for excision..its an OPD procedure
