I am a 24-year-old female, 5'0" tall, and currently weigh around 57–58 kg.
I feel that my nose looks a bit broad and prominent on my face, especially from the front. If I lose around 8–9 kg and reduce overall facial fat, will my nose appear slimmer?
I understand that weight loss cannot change the bone or cartilage, but can it improve the overall appearance of my nose by making my face leaner?
Also, apart from fillers and rhinoplasty, are there any proven ways to reduce the appearance of a broad nose naturally?
I have watched many videos about alarplasty and rhinoplasty, but I am worried about the results. My biggest fear is undergoing surgery and then not liking my new nose or feeling that it doesn't suit my face.
Based on my height, weight, and concern about a broad nose, would you recommend trying weight loss first before considering any cosmetic procedure?

Nose shape cannot be altered without surgery. If you loose weight and loose fat from your face, your nose will still remain same and it may become more prominent. If you want to loose weight you can try that first and if you don’t like your facial appearance then think about the other options

Yes. Losing weight can make your face leaner, which may make your nose look slimmer and more proportionate, but it won’t actually change the nose’s bone or cartilage structure.
Before considering rhinoplasty, it makes sense to reach your goal weight and see how you feel about your facial balance first.
Next Steps
Regarding natural ways to make a broad nose appear smaller:
✅ Weight loss (if facial fullness is present)
✅ Good skincare to reduce facial puffiness
✅ Managing salt intake and hydration to minimize water retention
✅ Makeup contouring (temporary but effective)
✅ Hairstyles and eyebrow shaping that improve facial balance
Health Tips
❌ Nose exercises, nose clips, massages, or “nose slimming devices” have no scientific evidence that they permanently change nose shape.
