Look for warning signs like any fever, any swelling other than what we are seeing in picture , is child still having pain as post surgery, any pus in urine , or tip of penis or around suture line , Redness of skin,  if child is having fear to pass urine then u should immediately consult a doctor preferably operated surgeon bcoz he know your pt well. Otherwise u can wait and watch one or 2 weeks bcoz from the looks of picture it looks healing , some pt it takes time based on difficulty of procedure and technique used and differ patient to patient.
Next Steps
u can give him healthy diet and let him play and follow his routine if he is comfortable. give vitamin c and E rich foods.
