It depends on type of suture material .
Vicryl (purple) suture- 60-90 days for complete
Chromic catgut ( brown) - 90 days for complete absorption

Most commonly surgeons use catgut sutures for circumcision which falls off in 5-10 days. But some also use delayed absorbable sutures like vicryl which takes longer time.

Keep the wound clean with proper dressing. Dont pull or rub off the sutures. It gets absorbed on its own. Keeping it clean helps to heal quickly.

Usually the suture used is Catgut for circumcision though some use rapid vicryl or vicryl plus
If it is some golden hue colored suture
It should get absorbed in next 5-10 days or it will wall off
Just keep the area clean and use the medicine prescribed and if any ointment advised then apply that
No need to worry at all
