Hii I have an armpit lump in both my armpit for more than 10 years, the left armpit lump is smaller than right armpit lump, i have done the sonography and the results are excessive accumulation of adipose tissue. No enlarged lymph nodes in axillary region. Can only medicine help for that. Or do I need to go for surgery , if I have to go for surgery then which doctor should consult?

I had fissure in June with sentinel tag it healed after medicine but from October I am having recurrent fissure every month despite having fiber diet doctor said chronic fissure with sentinel tag which surgery is best for me lis or ksharsutra please help

My both breast Fibroadenomas . Size is 8mm And 6mm doctor give me iron, multiple Vitamin, and calcium tablets . It's right treatment

Ultrasound of both breasts shows increased fibroglandular tissue. In the right breast, multiple well-defined oval hypoechoic lesions with smooth margins are seen, measuring approximately 12.8 × 6.8 mm, 9.7 × 5.5 mm, 9.0 × 3.6 mm, and 13.0 × 6.6 mm. In the left breast, a small well-defined hypoechoic lesion measuring about 3.5 × 3.0 mm is noted. No posterior acoustic features or ductal dilatation are seen. Skin, nipple, and areolar complex appear normal. No lymphadenopathy is detected in axillary regions. Findings suggest fibroadenomas. Lesions are predominantly benign (BIRADS II), with one lesion categorized as BIRADS III. Follow-up is advised.

Hello Doctor, I frequently get anal fissure. While passing stool, the initial part is often hard and causes pain. Sometimes it improves and stool becomes normal, but the problem keeps recurring despite good fluid intake. Please suggest what I should do and any medicines or precautions. Thank you.
