Since fibroadenomas are benign tumors, there is no need to worry. If the lumps are felt to your hand then get it excised or else take the mentioned medications to look for hormonal changes causing fibrocystic disease.
Asymptomatic Fibroadenoma less than 2 cm( 20 mm) does not require any surgical or non surgical interventions. If there is pain rule out the chest pain due to musculoskeletal reasons ( mostly happens any time not related to menstruation). If pain increases during menstruation then consider this as cyclical mastalgia and take medicines.
Start with NSAIDs. And go for routine 6 monthly follow up. If size increases or pain persists then there are options like Centcroman( Ormeloxifen) / Tamoxifen but these have to be taken under surgeon's supervision.
Next Steps
Consult with all symptoms with nearby general or breast endocrine surgeons.
