Weight Loss

I have six months until my wedding and I have to lose around 7-9kgs by then. I used to work out everyday for 1-2 hours and was healthily fit with a balanced diet all my life until I started my corporate job a year ago. This last year has been mostly me sitting at my desk for 12 hours and sleeping. Apart from me going back to working out - because of my work lifestyle, 1.
